History & Story
Twenty years in the making, 50 Years of Victory is the first Arktika-class icebreaker to have a spoon-shaped bow, capable of breaking through ice up to 2.5 meters (9.2 feet) thick! This is the world’s largest, most-powerful nuclear icebreaker. Complete with a helicopter for shore excursions, Victory is a ship unlike any other, with the ability to go where other ships cannot.

TWIN: Averaging 149 sq. ft. (13.8 sq. m), a Twin Cabin is equipped with one twin bed and one sofa bed made up each evening or on request. Located on the Bow Deck and Bridge Decks 1, 2, and 3, it
has exterior views and private facilities. A TV and DVD player are included in each cabin.
MINI SUITE: Averaging 225 sq. ft. (21 sq. m), a Mini Suite is equipped with one twin bed and one sofa bed. Located on Bridge Decks 1 and 3, it has exterior views and private facilities. A refrigerator, TV, and DVD player are included in each suite.
SUITE: Averaging 268 sq. ft. (25 sq. m), a Suite is equipped with one double bed and one sofa bed. Located on Bridge Decks 1 and 2, it has exterior views and private facilities. A refrigerator, TV,
and DVD player are included in each suite.
VICTORY SUITE: At 303 sq. ft. (28 sq. m), the Victory Suite is equipped with one double bed and one sofa bed. Located on Bridge Deck 3, it has exterior views and private facilities. A refrigerator, TV, and DVD player are included in each suite.
ARKTIKA SUITE: Averaging 350 sq. ft. (32 sq. m), an Arktika Suite is equipped with one double bed and one sofa bed. Located on Bridge Decks 1, 2, and 3, it has exterior views and private facilities. A safe, refrigerator, TV, and DVD player are included in each suite.
On Bridge Deck 2, you will find a small library of polar books, reference materials and general reading material. The library is open 24 hours a day and also includes a selection of games for your entertainment. Whatever your personal interests are, we’re sure you’ll find something worth reading. The collection includes books in multiple languages covering subjects like wildlife, history, marine biology, ecology and geology. A selection of field guides, picture books and reference books is also at your disposal.
Located on Bridge Deck 2, the Lounge offers a comfortable space to take a break, look over your photos and engage with your fellow passengers, taking advantage of the 24-hour coffee & tea station. The Lounge is flanked by the Library and the Bar.
Restaurants & Bars
Ability to cater to all dietary requirements excluding Kosher.
Located on Bridge Deck 1, gym hours are posted at the door, with facilities available on a first come, first served basis. Please refrain from bringing glass bottles into the gym. We kindly ask that you take care using these facilities and when you leave, please ensure the equipment is as clean and tidy as when you arrived.
POOL AND SAUNA
The Middle Deck features a small heated saltwater plunge pool, with men’s and women’s saunas next door. Hours will be posted on the notice board. Please note, there is no lifeguard on duty.
MULTI-PURPOSE SPORTS COURT
A multi-purpose sports court is available for your use, accessed through Bridge Deck 1. Hours will be posted.

Extra Notable Features
The Aft Saloon on Bridge Deck 2 is large enough to accommodate everyone on board and it serves as our main lecture hall where presentations and movies are provided for your education and enjoyment.
