EVOK HOTELS

PROFILE & PHILOSOPHY

EVOK HOTELS is the fruit of marriage between passion for architecture and the French art of living. Designed to be hubs to meet and immerse into the city, each property combines the warm atmosphere and conviviality of a home with the essence of luxury. Open onto their neighborhood and the immediate surroundings, each establishment is modern and offers an inspired setting, made to measure by the very best in French decoration. The distinctive personality of this collection is reflected in the character buildings that house it: Haussmann, neo-industrial and the 1930s. Each property must inspire emotion and makes the life of its guests more beautiful, more passionate, more intense.

EVOK HOTELS TODAY

Evok, lifestyles designers, was established in 2014 by its three co-founders. Owned by Pierre Bastid, it was conceived and developed by Romain Yzerman and Emmanuel Sauvage, its Managing Director. Each destination offers a different variety of luxury: classic French for Nolinski and Restaurant du Palais Royal, exclusive for Hameau de la Volière and Cour des Vosges, casual luxury for Brach, and unconventional quirky for Sinner. A lifestyle for a style of luxury matching our guests’ different aspirations and wide range of desires. A common thread that defines each place in the group. A collection that develops beyond boundaries. Different projects that enrich the others. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a city or neighborhood. Sense its every vibration. Exploring its traditions and style. That is the Evok spirit. We start afresh to kindle new emotions. Starting from scratch to create a new emotion. Finding a new place, reviving it, giving it a new life with designers such as Starck, Auer, Deniot, among others. Each space cultivates its own ambition, its own universe, the unique quality of life inspired by the ground it stands

Welcoming and gourmet, Brach pastry shop is conceived as a charming neighborhood store open to all, it is the ideal setting to let free to the imagination of pastry chef Yann Brys awarded by the title “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” in 2011.

Cour des Vosges’s restaurant offers light gourmet fare for breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, also, the “Brach Corner” presents a selection of sweet treats concocted by pastry chef Yann Brys, who was named Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

Nolinski Le Restaurant features unique, contemporary cuisine, with a variety of textures, colors, and flavors, by Chef Philip Chronopoulos, who is already the Michelin-starred Chef of the Palais Royal Restaurant. The interior design is by John Whelan, the British designer who subtly combines Art Deco style with a seventies spirit.

In an almost austere interior with a raw aesthetic designed by Tristan Auer, Chef Adam Bentalha has designed an ethnic menu for Sinner, a kind of “tribal” food, like kanoun-style cuisine in North Africa. By drawing inspiration from this nomadic food from the desert, and South American cuisine, he offers a diverse menu.

Essential element of Brach, the sports club is spread over a 1,000 sqm and takes care of the body in an atmosphere inspired by 1930s boxing clubs. Feel inspired to swim lengths in the 22-metres pool, while the thermal pool, sauna, hammam and salt cave invite to relax. Individual, collective classes, from traditional fitness to more specific and original activities, 47 hours of swimming lessons and 50 gym class sessions are scheduled each week. Members and guests of the hotel can have access.

Brach Mediterranean Brunch makes up the format of the menu, and is regularly updated in accordance with the season’s dishes. All the tastes are accompanied by the classic parts of a brunch and children are welcome in a private area just for them on the first floor. They are accompanied by a monitor and can enjoy a tailor-made menu and activities.

Like the restaurant itself, Sinner offers a blended, joyful, spontaneous approach to brunch. In his cooking, Chef Adam Bentalha explores his North African origins and includes the flavors of this nomadic, “tribal” cuisine, with its friendly simplicity.Children can enjoy a private space on the upper level with supervised activities. They will find a custom menu that is varied and well-balanced and lots of fun things to do.
