Iveagh Garden Influences
As guests begin their journey through the hotel they will begin in the lobby, the redesign of which was inspired by the work and vision of Ninian Niven, the architect of Iveagh Gardens. It has been designed to illustrate the beauty of the Garden’s Rosarium and features an abundance of flora and natural, indigenous materials, which have been used to marry historical influences with a modern finish.

Restaurants & Bars
• The Coburg:
The Coburg, a true brasserie restaurant, promises style and simplicity with its distinctive local charm and hospitality. The neighbouring Iveagh Gardens, once known as the Coburg Gardens, gave inspiration to the design of The Coburg. During the 1800’s, The Coburg Gardens housed a magnificent gas-lit winter garden and stunning iron structure, it also served as event headquarters for the legendary Royal Horse Bazaar. Adopting the Coburg name inspired design features from upholstery of the banquette seating, mirrors, light fixtures and artwork using materials such as leather, marble, porcelain, and brass to pay homage to The Coburg Gardens.
The menu at The Coburg Dublin Brasserie restaurant features international dishes to complement traditional Irish cuisine, using locally sourced, natural ingredients. To keep things fresh, the menu changes with the seasons, to ensure an ever changing dining experience. Menu highlights include seafood bouillabaisse, roaring water bay rope mussels, Coburg club sandwich or lobster and prawn ravioli.
The Coburg is open daily until 11pm, drop by for a leisurely breakfast, casual brunch, late business lunch, early pre-theatre or late supper, offering you real flexibility.
Lemuel’s Lounge and Bar, named after the famous fictional traveller Lemuel Gulliver, a pseudonym of the celebrated Irish author Jonathan Swift pays homage to the magic and curiosity of Gulliver’s Travels, an international classic of Irish literature. With this spirit in mind, we invite you to enjoy a unique and captivating experience. Join us on a voyage of discovery that takes in new world wines, innovative cocktails crafted by our mixologists, fine food and elegant afternoon teas with influences from around the globe.
