Our US sales team is distributed across the country, enabling us to cover all major markets and we also have an office in London dedicated to the UK travel industry.

HISTORY

 2002: JoAnn Kurtz-Ahlers established Kurtz-Ahlers & Associates in 2002, after two decades of experience as an industry-leading Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ritz-Carlton, where she was the first female ever to attain this position. During her tenure she oversaw business development worldwide, including new and existing properties in Dubai, Spain, Egypt, Qatar and Turkey. Based within the US, JoAnn leads a team of 13.

2008: Our UK office was established in 2008 by Justine Mastin. Justine has close to 30 years experience in luxury travel and has garnered experience with tour operators, sales and marketing accounts, event management, and budget planning prior to taking up roles as Regional Director of Sales with Ritz-Carlton, in the Middle East and the UK. Justine is supported within the UK/Europe by a team of 3 travel professionals.
